The council is looking to create an Approved Providers List to
enable the spot purchase of non self-contained bed and
breakfast accommodation (hotel) and self-contained nightly let
accommodation on a spot booked basis. Newham Council is seeking
providers of good quality Bed and Breakfast and Nightly Let
Accommodation for use as emergency accommodation for homeless and
other appropriate persons.
The event
will:
- Give businesses an overview of the Bed &
Breakfast Approved List process
- Give businesses an understanding of the
procurement process and how to use NECTR (Newham’s Electronic
Contract & Tendering Resource)
- Inform businesses of free help and advice
available
There will be an opportunity for
businesses to register their company on NECTR!
