*Courses are available at no cost to London residents aged 19+ who have been unemployed for six months or longer.

Programme outline

The programme is aimed at those wishing to find work in an administration capacity i.e. working in an office environment. 

The programme will cover:

Employability
Customer Service
ICT Skills
Welcome Host
Motivational Training
First Aid

Course structure

6 Week programme

2/3 days a week

At the end of the 6 week structured programme you will be required to attend drop-in sessions for job search and employability on a weekly basis until you find employment.
